An experimental music instrument, made from a recording of an old dial-up Internet modem. Different octave sections of the keyboard play a variety of electronic beeps, bloops, wails and pops.
Keys C0 – B0 play a low drone-like texture, and below C0 plays more percussive sounds. C1 – G8 play looped samples of the modem’s initial handshake sound.
The GUI offers an array of effects high jinks for the retro arcade gamer in you.
Note that the FULL VERSION of Kontakt 6.7.1 or above is required.
